Both are very good Browsers, each with their own subtle differences. MSIE 3.0 displays Marquee Banners and Plays Music with built in features while Netscape needs plugins. MSIE 2.0 & up are FREE, while Netscape only offers Beta Versions, higher than 2.0 for Free (with Time Limited Operations). Netscape has Web Page Editing capabilities while MSIE does not.
