Randall, Kansas 66963, was founded in the 1870s and chartered in 1888. Located on Kansas Highway 28, Randall is easily accesible from K-14, U.S. 36, 24 and 81. Its 100 residents are proud to be in "A Place where you can see stars at night, smell clean air, walk safely night or day, friendly people."
