The hottest spot in North Central Kansas at the moment, this offers good food in a very rustic atmosphere. The best item on the menu is the prime rib. It comes out like a very tender roast, and the horseradish is home-made. If you can stand looking at skins and rusty traps on the wall, and work around the pool table in the middle of the dining room, this should be high on anyone's list to visit. Just look for the cluster of cars in Simpson, for they mark the spot. Four cups of coffee, not for the atmosphere, but for the food. (review submitted by a local connoisseur of fine cuisine)
