All materials other than CDs, cassettes, and videos, may be returned in the curbside book return. CDs, cassettes, and videos must be returned inside the library during normal hours that the library is open. Fines will be assessed for any CDs, videos or cassettes that are returned in the book drop.

LIBRARY USE CHARGES: An overdue fine, the amount determined by the Port Library Board, shall be assessed on all library materials not returned when due. Notice of overdue materials will be given when possible, but failure to receive such notice shall not excuse the patron from fines. It is the responsibility of the library user to bring their items back on time.

Damages to materials beyond normal wear and all losses of materials shall be made good by paying the current cost of replacement.
