- Books circulate for 4 weeks.
- Video games circulate for 2 weeks.
- "In and out" paperback collection--trade yours for ours--no limit & no due date.
- Magazines--current issues circulate for 3 days.
- Kids magazines circulate for 1 week.
- Newspapers--Beloit Call, Waconda Trader, Salina Journal, Topeka Capital Journal, Wall Street Journal, & USA Today available to read in the library.
- Large Print--our permanent collection & a rotating selection also.
- Talking Books for the blind and/or physically disabled.
- Spanish language books, fiction and non-fiction.
- Children's book & cassette tape and/or CD sets.
- Local history--genealogy resources, family histories, microfilm of local newspapers, Mitchell County federal & state census.
- Federal and State income tax forms.
- File of clippings, articles, & pamphlets for Beloit, Mitchell County, & Kansas.
- Renewal of materials in person, by phone or email.
- Reserve materials on order or in circulation for your use when next available.
- Interlibrary loan--if we don't have what you need, we try to borrow it and notify you when it's available.
- Photocopier with reduction/enlargement features.
- Microfilm reader/printer.
- Weekly Story Time September thru April for children age 4 & up.
- Traveling Story Port for daycare providers.
- Summer Reading Program for children who are independent readers.
- Young Adult Summer Reading Program.
- Free public access computers.
- Occasional basic computer & internet classes.
- Voter registration site.
- Library tours & programs for groups & organizations.
- Simple genealogical reference searches conducted for a fee.
