How to upgrade/downgrade or cancel your NCKCN Internet service

• Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm Central)
Before downgrading/canceling your Internet service, please note:
• If you joined NCKCN through a special and/or promotion, early downgrading/cancellation penalties may apply if you downgrade/cancel before the end of your commitment term.
• For your protection, we must speak to the account owner to upgrade/downgrade or cancel your account.
• Upgrading/Downgrading or cancellation requests received on a holiday will be handled on the next regular business day.
• Upgrading/Downgrading or cancellation requests received on weekends will be handled on the next regular business day.
