Virtual Domain Change Password
Email Request Form

**Please provide your NCKCN hosted Virtual Domain name above. Note that the ".tld" is not an actual extension, instead it stands for: Top Level Domain and represents actual domain extensions (such as a: ".com", ".net", ".org", etc.).

**Please provide your Virtual Domain email address. NCKCN will send out a confirmation email to the email address you specify here once the password you have requested to change has been updated.

**Please provide the email address's username of which you are wanting to change the password for here. The username is the first part of the email address - it is before the "@" symbol. (Example: username@domain-name.tld).

**Please provide your current password to the email address's username you are wanting to change here.

**The New password field is optional. If you would like NCKCN to provide you a new password, simply leave this field blank. If you would like to choose your own new password, please follow these standards: For strong passwords, use a mixture of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, punctuation marks and symbols. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Never have your password be the same or similar to your username...Period...and remember to never share your new password with anyone along with keeping your new password stored in a safe place where nobody knows where it is but you for reference if needed. Following this standard will ensure a strong and secure password. Once your password has been changed/updated, you will need to update your email client (such as: outlook, windows live mail, thunderbird, etc.) from your old password to your new password. If you use your Virtual Domain's webmail website (http://webmail.domain-name.tld/) instead of an email client, you will need to login with your new password rather than your old password. However, prior to doing so, NCKCN recommends to wait until you receive a confirmation email.
